Swept on by hand, so it starts softer at the root and grows out without a line. You can go three or four months between visits and never look like you’re overdue. It’s the one to pick if you want dimension that looks like you’ve been somewhere sunny.
Placed in foils, root to end. That gets you more lift, more contrast, and more control: brighter, faster, more precise. It’s the one to pick if you want real brightness rather than a suggestion of it.

We don’t rush this. Hand-painting is slow, careful work, and the alternative is a rushed job you’ll be living with for four months.

That’s the point of balayage: most guests stretch it to three or four months, because there’s no hard regrowth line to chase. A glaze in between will keep the tone fresh.
Any lightening asks something of your hair. That’s why we offer K18 as a $40 add-on: it rebuilds strength at the bond level after color. Your stylist will tell you honestly what your hair can take.
Usually yes, though going from very dark to very light can take more than one session to do properly. We’d rather tell you that up front than over-promise and damage your hair.
